Terms and Conditions
This is a legal agreement between you (the Affiliate) and VintaCOM Media Group Inc. (VintaCOM)

• VintaCOM will assign the Affiliate a unique ID number.
• VintaCOM will provide the Affiliate with one or more hyperlinks (the hyperlinks) that pass the Affiliate's unique ID number to DreamMates. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to properly utilize the hyperlinks so that accurate tracking can be accomplished.
• The Affiliate will earn $1.75 US for every unique, legitimate North American (Canada and USA) registration resulting from traffic that is directed to the hyperlinks.
• The Affiliate will be sent a payout cheque within 30 days after the end of each month for all unique registrations acquired from the first day to the last day of that month.
• If the Affiliate's monthly earnings are less than $25 US, the pay out date will be moved to the next month, and so on until the earnings reach a minimum of $25 US.
• All cheques are drawn on US Funds
• Only VintaCOM's records of unique registrations will be considered when determining the Affiliate's earnings.
• VintaCOM reserves the right to revoke earned commissions in cases where it has been determined by VintaCOM that the Affiliate has breached the terms and conditions of this agreement.
• VintaCOM will supply the Affiliate with a selection of authorized creatives that must be used by the Affiliate when directing traffic to the hyperlinks.
• The Affiliate's account will be terminated if the Affiliate is found to be using creatives that have not been supplied or authorized by VintaCOM.
• The Affiliate's account will be terminated if the Affiliate is found "spamming".
• The Affiliate's account will be terminated if the Affiliate becomes inactive (does not logon for 90 days).
• The Affiliate's account will be terminated if the Affiliate has not earned at least $5 US after 60 days.
• VintaCOM assumes no liability for lost earnings due to down time of any cause, including but not limited to mechanical failure or human error.
• VintaCOM reserves the right to cancel the Affiliate's account for any reason at any time with 3 days written notice.
• VintaCOM remains the sole owner of ANY and ALL data that is stored because of the Affiliate's referrals.
